These policies apply to AirportRide.is transfer requests unless different terms are clearly stated in your booking confirmation.
Cancellation
You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the confirmed pickup time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup, and no-shows, may be charged the full confirmed price. To cancel, contact us at info@airportride.is or through WhatsApp and include your name and booking details.
Flight delays and airport pickup
For airport pickups, please provide your flight number. We monitor the flight and adjust the pickup time when the flight is delayed. A flight delay does not cancel your booking and there is no extra charge for waiting caused by a monitored flight delay.
Waiting time
Airport pickup includes up to 60 minutes of waiting time after the flight has landed. Other pickups include up to 15 minutes after the confirmed pickup time. If you expect a delay, please contact us as soon as possible. Additional waiting may be charged when the delay is not caused by the monitored flight.
Luggage
Your luggage must fit safely in the vehicle. Please enter the number of suitcases and any large or unusual items in the booking form. The Skoda Superb is suitable for up to 3 passengers, while the Renault Trafic is suitable for up to 8 passengers and offers greater luggage capacity. We will confirm the appropriate vehicle before payment.
Child seats
Child seats are available on request, subject to availability. Select the child-seat option in the booking form and include the child’s age or approximate weight in the notes so we can confirm the correct seat.
Booking confirmation and payment
Submitting the form or a WhatsApp request does not create a confirmed booking. We will check availability and send you the fixed price and confirmation. Payment instructions or a secure payment link will be provided after confirmation.
